2. Sealing performance: The sealing performance of the valve cover is an important indicator to evaluate its performance, requiring reliable sealing to prevent media leakage.

3. Corrosion resistance: the valve cover material should have excellent corrosion resistance to adapt to the corrosive environment of different media.

4. Wear resistance: For valves that are frequently switched, the bonnet must have good wear resistance to ensure long-term use.

Application Scenarios

The valve cover is widely used in the pipeline system of petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries to control the circulation of the medium. According to different use scenarios and media characteristics, need to choose the appropriate valve cover structure and material. For example, in the high pressure, high temperature medium environment, need to choose high strength, high temperature resistance, high pressure valve cover; in the corrosive medium environment, need to choose excellent corrosion resistance of the valve cover.
